The Build it Yourself Project helps organisations and people to find their own answers particulary when 'off the shelf' or existing approaches do not suit your situation.
By using proven methods to engage all individuals in a group and by understanding we learn differently, together we find effective solutions which suit your specific environment.
There are three settings for this:
Finding Your Team Solutions for a team or group to review, achieve clarity and ownership, and set direction.
We work across the not-for-profit, private and state sectors having a breadth of perspective and understanding which we can bring into and across each of these three ‘sectors’.
Exploring Personal Reflection Outdoors is both an opportunity to relax, reflect and also to challenge yourself in a day spent mainly outdoors.
It is focused on people as individuals within a group setting and creates space to explore what is important, and not just urgent.
Snafu is for organisations working with those who feel, or are perceived to be, on the outside of society.
It provides a space for clients to take a step forward in valuing themselves.
"The process BIY engaged us in helped to clarify our priorities and direction for the future, identified the major concerns of the moment and enabled us to make a decision on a major aspect of our development - all within a time limited period and with some strong personalities involved."
Fiona Corbett (Create Social Enterprise).
So when was the last time you learnt something new? We would really love to hear what it was, where you were and how it made you feel - contact us and tell us about it.
